Nickel Metal Anode
Nickel forms a stable coating on metals. Nickel not only enhances the attractive appearance of the product, but also provides high
corrosion resistance and extends the lifespan of the treated surfaces.
Nickel anode specification:
Nickel: 99.98% Min
(Fe) Iron: 0.0015% Max
(Pb) Lead: 0.0001% Max
(Co) Cobalt: 0.0005% Max
(Cu) Copper: 0.0005% Max
(Zn) Zinc: 0.0005% Max
Total impurities, maximum: 0.02% Max
Nickel Plate
Chemical symbol: Ni
Purity: nickel content > 99.98%
Size: 600x200x10 mm
Product description: nickel anodes are manufactured by electrolysis.
Application: used as nickel anodes for electrolytic coatings. They are placed in Nickel-Watt or Wood nickel baths.
These baths are based on nickel sulfate, nickel chloride, and boric acid.
For proper use, the anodes are placed in anode baskets and fixed to the anode rod with the help of a titanium hook
(to the busbar).
Packaging: nickel plate anodes are delivered on pallets in 1-ton batches.

Nickel Chips
Chemical symbol: Ni
Purity: nickel content > 99.98%
Dimensions: diameter 17-25 mm – height 4-5 mm
Product description: thanks to the special manufacturing method, the purity of the nickel chips is particularly high. The large production volume
and the manufacturing process make it the most competitive product for nickel plating.
Application: due to their special shape, nickel chips fit perfectly into baskets and are evenly distributed
in titanium baskets. Their shape provides a constant anode surface. Safe to handle, no sharp edges.
Advantages:
Consistent quality with purity over 99.98%.
Highly competitive prices, uncut form.
Easy filling of titanium baskets.
Easy handling with 10 kg small bags.
100% nickel usage, no waste.
Lower current density required than with electrolytic nickel, energy-saving.
Packaging: 10 kg bag (other requirements on request).

Nickel Cake
Chemical symbol: Ni
Purity: nickel content > 99.98%
Dimensions: diameter 20 mm – height 15 mm
Chemical symbol: Ni
Product description: nickel cakes are specifically developed for nickel-chloride-free baths, fast nickel plating, electronics or
connectors, and for galvanoplastic applications.
They have the same properties as electrolytic nickel and contain about 200 ppm sulfur. This addition promotes nickel dissolution, making the process more efficient.
Filling density in titanium basket is approximately 5 kg per dm3.
Application: nickel cakes can be used in any type of nickel plating bath: sulfate and nickel chloride, as well as nickel sulfamate baths, especially in electronics and galvanoplastic processes.
Advantages:
Consistent quality with purity over 99.95%
Easy filling of titanium baskets
Easy handling with 10 kg small bags
Safe product, no sharp edges
100% nickel usage, no waste
Lower current density required than with electrolytic nickel, energy-saving
Packaging: 10 kg bag (other requirements on request).
